  The BASIC PROJECT option is designed for those who want to adjust their living space in an existing structure...
  
  In the case of structures under development, we work on drawings provided by the developer and all alterations are conducted based on his drawings in order to facilitate implementation (same terminology, legends to drawings, etc.) The purpose of the project is to create a living space tailored to the investor’s functional and aesthetic needs or requirements.
  
  The project includes a new functional layout with color schemes and technical guidelines for all subcontractors (construction, electricity, plumbing, central heating, etc.)

  Detailed project

  The option is a unique and custom new functional layout, with the addition of information concerning interior furnishings and choice of materials required to complete the project...
  
  The project includes an outline of incorporated elements; their names, quantities and place of purchase, technical guidelines for contractors in the form of detailed technical drawings: electrical and plumbing systems, central heating, water, AC, finishing work (demolition of existing walls and the addition of new ones, designs of hanging ceilings, guidelines concerning the layout of wall siding and floors) as well as detailed drawings for carpenters (custom-made furniture projects including information concerning the execution of each element; material, surface treatment; matte, polish, sub-elements, clicks, guide bars, ready furniture inserts, handles, etc.)
  
  The project includes a new functional layout with color schemes for each room. We design custom furniture and choose furniture available in stores. During our meetings we present our choice of materials in the form of samples (ceramic tiles, wallpaper, wood, veneer, MDF, etc.) or those available in catalogues (household devices, sanitary fixtures, leisure furniture, etc.)
  
  The interior design project is conducted with the customer’s budget in mind: we do not exceed the budget.

  Detailed project with project architect's supervision

  Includes a wider range of services than the DETAILED PROJECT. Once the design phase is completed, we continue our work on-site...
  
  Architect’s project supervision is designed to lighten the client’s load and the frequency of his or her visits on-site, in order to inspect the quality of finishing works. We complete a final inspection of each construction phase (demolition and addition of new walls, plaster-cardboard structures, laying out tiles, floors, carpentry work, etc.)
  
  We implement alternative solutions and handle all doubts during the construction phase.

  Turnkey project

  The TURNKEY PROJECT option is dedicated to the most demanding of customers...
  
  First we complete the design phase, including detailed solutions concerning all finishing tasks along with exhaustive descriptions of materials used and their layout, installation. Next we take over for the investor and supervise the full realization of the project. The customer is not required to contact subcontractors – we do it for him.
  
  From detailed project to full supervision of project execution. We choose subcontractors and carpenters. We place orders, make payments and coordinate transportation for all required materials. We establish a schedule for subcontractors.
  
  The investor moves into a fully finished and cleaned interior.
