Architectural project
is a service dedicated to customers who want to create their living space on their own, guided by their own character and lifestyle. The result is a home tailored to meet specific needs, based on the experience and sensitivity of architects, who know what good architecture is all about. We cooperate with design developers and companies from the construction sector, who have all required permits.
We take care to ensure that the spatial layouts are functional and guarantee maximum comfort – both for homeowners and the environment. We use modern materials and ecological / ergonomic solutions. We also take care of the plot on which your structure is to be situated: we design gardens and landscapes.
The service includes: an architectural project (view of stories, roof, cross-sections, elevations, windows and doors), construction project (view of foundations, ceiling structures and lintels), interior utilities (plumbing, central heating, gas, electricity, technical description ).
EXTENSION or ADAPTATION PROJECTS for existing structures. Project depends on customer expectations and possibilities related with the structure’s technical condition, construction conditions or zoning plans.
