Meeting and initial analysis of expectations
All those interested in our services are welcome to visit out studio, located in downtown Warsaw, on 58 Marszałkowska Street, Suite 18, right next to Plac Konstytucji, where parking spaces are available.

During the meeting you will have a chance to visit our studio and view our past realizations. We know from experience the importance of communication along the Customer – Architect line, which is why we feel it is important that we show you what kind of architects we are and what you can expect from us. Establishment of mutual goals and project concepts are the focal elements of our future designs, and are necessary steps which need to be taken in order to tailor projects to customer needs and expectations.
Customers are shown on examples what a finished project looks like. During the meeting we discuss cooperation principles and requirements. It is also necessary to outline a budget for finishing works. This allows us to design projects ideally tailored to your needs. We always adhere to the pre-established budget. -
Signing an agreement
An agreement regulates the scope and schedule of tasks, payment for each design phase, as well as deadlines for design and finishing tasks.

Inventory
We begin our work by inspecting the building site or plot, in order to become acquainted with and understand the layout.

We make precise measurements, which are the foundations of our technical drawings. We also take photo documentation of the site. If an apartment has not yet been made accessible by the developer, we work on the developer’s drawings. -
Concept
After a thorough analysis of your needs and the PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE as well as the technical possibilities of the given location, we prepare a few preliminary designs in the form of plan views.

We create a new living space by eliminating or adding walls or by altering the function of existing rooms. We plan the location of furniture and home equipment. We design hanging ceilings as well as the layouts of floor panels and ceramic tiles.
If none of our projects meet your expectations, we will design new ones; until you are fully satisfied with the end result. -
Establishing the details
During this phase we prepare a detailed realization project based on the accepted concept. We prepare technical drawings of each wall. We choose materials to be used during finishing work (manufacturer, model, and quantities). We prepare material samples which you can view during meetings in our studio. We pay a great deal of attention to the correct and functional utility of light in every interior.

We choose household appliances and audiovisual devices, coloring schemes for each room, etc. During each phase you will have the final word concerning the project’s details and choice of materials. -
Technical guidelines for contractors
Each of the projects prepared by our studio contains a detailed description of materials to be used, their layout as well as information necessary to correctly execute the project.

The technical working plans include:
- Plumbing guidelines (spacing of sanitary fixtures, fittings, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, water runoff from air conditioning unit).
- Electrical guidelines (placement of lighting points, light switches, electrical sockets, electrical mats, AC units)
- Ventilation guidelines
- Central heating guidelines (floor heating, placement and choice of radiators)
- Fireplaces (installation and guidelines concerning fireplace insert )
- Air conditioning (placement of interior and exterior units, installation)
- Plan of additions and demolitions
- Plaster-cardboard panel placement and hanging ceilings
- Gres tile, stone, floor, carpet, etc. layout methods, for floors and walls
- Detailed drawings of custom-made furniture -
Submitting design documentation
The final phase of the design phase. Architectural documentation is composed of four identical copies, interior documentation of two copies and a JPEG format saved on a CD.

Work on the interior project takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the individual project. We make sure that meetings with customers take place at regular intervals, which allows us to efficiently work on the project and the customer to think about the suggestions presented during meetings. -
Project architect’s supervision
On-site inspections are conducted in order to make sure construction work is done according to the project elaborated by the studio, to discuss any possible alternative solutions, talk about any doubts concerning the project documentation. Completion inspection following each realization phase

Project architect’s supervision is the supervision of finishing work. Upon your request our supervision can be prolonged and additionally include the following services (See: TURNKEY PROJECTS):
- placing orders with warehouses/ stores
- organization and payment for transportation from warehouse/store to building site
- establishment and supervision of the building schedule
- coordination of subcontractors:

Architectural project
In the case of work on ARCHITECTURAL or ADAPTATION projects the schedule is established individually during our first meeting.
